Yes that is what I meant. Men can get hormonal imbalances caused by insulin resistance. PCOS is really a side effect in women from it. The book is "Insulin Resistance Diet." It does a great job at explaining everything.

Insulin resistance is the root cause of PCOS in women (hormonal imbalance). The diet works to balance carbs with protein to keep your blood sugar stable. I am not sure but I have the same problem. I have heard bras can sometimes cause back fat if they don't fit right. I used to wear them tight to hold me in and so my back fat is usually right around the bottom of the bra strap. I'll be curious to see what others say!

I bake it in the toaster oven. I put a light coating of olive oil on it and then i mix old bay seasoning, nature's seasoning (it is a mixture of like garlic, onion, black pepper, and etc), and parmesan cheese. I do about 1/2-1 tsp of each. I coat the top of the fish with this and then bake it. It always tastes wonderful. :)

It's always good to know your weaknesses so you can work with or eliminate them. Mine is CHOCOLATE anything. Chocolate cake, chocolate milk shakes, chocolate chip cookies, and etc. I try to stick to dark chocolate and not eat a lot at one time.

I was between an 18 and a 20 when I started losing weight. Now an 18 (plus) fits but it can be a little big sometimes. I like to think I'm between a 18 plus and an 18 regular :) Skirts work great!
