Protein help
So I am doing the Insulin Resistance diet where I balance carbs with protein (30 carbs and 14 grams protein). Lately I have discovered I am not getting enough protein per meal (like with my cereal). Also my sandwiches are lacking. Any tips?

Nutrition for workouts?
I worked out today and had to stop due to a drop in blood sugar (I am pre-diabetic). I know protein bars and protein shakes are an idea but anyone have any tips for energizing/prepping for a workout?

Feeling lost at the gym...
I prefer jogging on a track, running, walking, weight lifting, classes, or bikes. I am not fond of the treadmill due to my being prone to equilibrium problems (when I get off I have trouble walking). A Tip for the Munchies
When I get a strong urge to just eat a lot of something (the munchies) I grab a bag of those baby carrots and munch on them. They are crunchy and often wet, so they help with both thirst and the crunch. :smile: Any other tips/tricks?

Ladies: Sports Bras?
Any recommendations on where to buy/brands for larger busted women? I wear a 44D now in regular bras but am unsure about what brands/sizes for the sports bras. The ones I wear now are 40D's but they don't hold me in at all. I need something that won't give at all. Thanks :)

Down to one diet coke a day...
I am down to one diet coke a day and already I notice the difference. I only have one in the morning to curb the caffeine cravings until I find a substitute. Today is day one...I am really sleepy at this point and want one soooo bad. The free ones at work sitting in the fridge call to me. I can do it though! If people can quit smoking or drinking, I can quit diet coke. I have had 3 more glasses of water today than usual. :)
