I just recently discovered Zumba, I get a great calorie burn in about 25 minutes. They are available on netflix too!

I agree on the Couch to 5K program. I'm in my final week of the program and I just signed up for my first 5K. It slowly got my endurance built up and now its easy. Good luck!!

I purchased a pair of ECHO running shoes and I love them. They are my favorite.

I like to grill it, buy a bag of salad, red pepper, green pepper, can of black beans rinsed, ear of fresh corn cooked and cut off the cob, 2% milk cheese. Then mix fat free ranch dressing with salsa and have a southwest chicken salad, yummy!

16 is definitely not too young to stay home alone. My baby sitters are only 15 and I trust them completely. I was 12 when I started staying home by myself for the summer and I turned out fine.

I've been logging the 30 day Shred as 200 calories. Everywhere I was looking told me 200-290. I went for the low side so I didn't eat calories I hadn't burned, lol

I use a lot of lean ground turkey in place of beef when I'm feeding my family. I like to buy a big bag of salad and have that with some deli style turkey or chicken on it and low cal dressing for lunches. I'm going to buy the low carb low cal tortilla wraps next week and wrap the salad stuff up in the wrap and see how that…
