Cheat days should prbably go that's usually why those last ten lbs stick around. When you say days, how many do you mean? Maybe cut it to one a week and only allow yourself one cheat food. I agree with kimmeroze, we women usually set our goal weight at something that is ten lbs less than what we should be...lol. My suggestion is to use the bmi tool on here and see where your at as far as range of healthy for your heighth and weight. That should help you assess whether losing more is a good idea. Ya a mat is not a good idea, just make sure you have good shoes for all the plyo. I suggest nike shox, they are awesome for jump training. Your gonna love to hate insanity! lol. It's killer and totally awesome! Good Luck♥
