Hey all just a fun little topic to see what you all like to listen to while working out.
A few of my fave songs that I'm currently listening to that pump up my motivation are.....

Rock That Body - Black Eyed Peas
Can't touch this - McHammer
Thriller/Heads Will Roll mashup - Glee cast
Mortal Komabat theme song ( totally weird, I know lol)
Bust a Move - Glee Cast
Express Yourself - Madonna cover by the Glee cast ( I have ALOT of music form Glee so they tend to sneak into my workout sessions lol)

Well thats a few just for now but I'd love to hear your faves and who knows maybe I'll snag a few to bump up my playlist

For you oldies out there, I recommend "I Feel Love" by Jimmy Sommerville/Bronski Beat. It's the way it builds up the speed slowly, and then has a fabulous fast beat that just makes me want to run & run & run!

Great thread, as I'm always on the lookout for new tunes because it can get a bit stale listening to the same stuff, even if it is fab!

I'm weird and need visual, as well as audio stimulation when I'm working out. I usually put on a movie or catch up on a TV show. Today, I was watching Tremors. >_> Don't ask.

I like to listen to a variety of different things. I tend to listen to albums on my ipod though so CSS - Suxx is awesome, Nickleback are also good to keep your blood pumping. I have to say I prefer rock screaming me on to pop music but that's just me

  • *adds Mortal Kombat theme song to workout playlist (whodda thunk it?)

Me, seeing as the only music I listen to when working out is the Mortal Kombat: Annihilation soundtrack lol. It's the perfect music for me cuz I know it well enough for it to sink into the background but it's still fast paced enough to really motivate me.
