my bf says anything romantic in swedish. i used to have to look up translations but i've picked up a lot of swedish from him :) he calls me "min älskade" (my beloved). i speak to him in german and call him "mein Schatz" (my treasure) or "liebchen" (sweetheart)

and don't forget the easiest way to get raw veggies..... throw them in a smoothie! i like beets and kale with banana and pineapple. i throw kale in all of my smoothies! it's the highest density of nutrients available to you.

according to a chart i'm actually at the tail end of the "healthy" BMI range, i'm not sure where you're looking. the only weight i want to lose is the spare tire i have around my stomach. i still have a muffin top with most pants, overhanging in the back, sides, and front.

also, i've never seen green coffee beans (unroasted) in the store. i'm not even looking for some quick weight loss solution. i just drink a lot of coffee and wonder if consuming an extract from the UNROASTED BEANS would be any different than drinking a cup of joe.

don't know why everyone who has responded to this has been nothing but condescending. i didn't say it had to "do something" because it's in a starbucks drink. i was curious if anyone had POSITIVE or NEGATIVE results after consuming it.

Okay, well the other reason I ask is because Starbucks has introduced a new line of low-cal beverages with the extract in it. I drink coffee every day anyway and I'm more curious about the results of unroasted vs roasted.

as far as I know, since MFP calculates your desired fat loss initially, (i.e. my goal is 1200 a day, when my body naturally burns more than that by just being alive) it's fine to eat what you burn off exercising

Yes, I went from a D to a C. It's not always about the size....they were bigger before, but now they're more firm, and my boyfriend definitely likes them more ;) my bra fits more comfortably too.
