  • Isn't that weird but terrific!! I'm a bit up there in age and have had several surgeries, 3 back, 5 knee with both knees replaced...poor me!! lol no really the only thing that makes day to day tolerable for me is to walk every day!!!   • Everyone here is right about eating ALL our calories for the day and that it is a must for weight loss..I found that out the very hard way when I joined WW Christmas Eve, 2010 and ate a few points less every day and never ate my extra points for the wk..I lost sooooo slowly and gave up..Luckily, I stumbled upon this site…

  • I was diognosed many yrs ago and have been on Levoxyl for close to 20 yrs.Sounds like the same meds you are on..There are only two meds for low thyroid levoxyl and synthyroid..It is very hard to lose but the thing is to step up fitness and control our eating..Easier said than done, but it of course, it can be done..I go…
