I'm pretty much sleeved up, yes shower... But, don't use a wash cloth on it & soap with no fragrance.. & use Aquaphor....

I just started C25K last week, I run 3 day a week... In the beginning it was tough, I had to learn how to run tall and breathe right.. Over all I love it.. I'm getting ready for the Gladiator Rock'n Run in October.. :)

Thank you very much... I have a treadmill I love running on the treadmill, but I rather be outdoors. I have an ipod but havent so much listened to it.. I can't keep a convo during running so maybe I am running to fast.. Thank you

This past week I just up'd my calories from 1200 to 1700 and for last three months I was at the same weight.. Today I'm very proud to say that I have lost 8lbs this past two weeks...

I think that you are teaching your daughter how to keep in shape & be heathy.. People who are not happy with themselves like to try to kill the joy in someone who is doing so well.. Don't give up on reaching your goal & I'm sure that your daughter would be proud to have a hot mom... :)

Yesterday was the 1st time I tried this & if you are normally not a running this is pretty tuff.. I play soccer & softball and from the comments above they are absolutely correct its a different type of running.. I maintained a slow pace jog (still felt the pain). I've had hyperthyroid for years (Graves Disease)... I tried Methimazole & it didn't work for me it actually made me feel awful, then I was put on PTU propylthiouracil, this actually worked.. Getting adjusted took some time.. I too put on some weight and now well its hard very hard to take it off..

I am always over my protein I'm not sure if its a bad thing, but for the past two week my protein intake has double only because I have started drinking protein shakes & my body is getting extremely leaner.. :)
