really.. lol that would be like a godsend if it did not matter, I was doing some research and it said women should be around 25 and men a bit higher and it was a cause in obesity.. So I figured it was like super important for wanting to lose weight.. So I am just confused.. And they recommend no sugar added things...…

I'm now down 4 pounds at the end of my day 9. But I usually loose between 2-3 pounds a week anyways without working out.. lol So Idk...

If you eat something that is not so good for you just plan to work a little harder or fit it in your calorie intake for the day.. You don't have to deprive yourself... If you have a eating disorder.. Both.. If you are eating for the endorphin's it releases it's just as addictive as crack or any other drug.. If not then it's a choice. Some people can hit a crack pipe and become a full blown addict. others can hit it and put it down and never touch it again..

I use Viactiv Calcium Plus D, Soft Chews from Walmart.. Cheap and taste pretty good.. Hear there are even sugar free ones out there. these are 20 calories each.

yeah dressings can be a killer!!! for sure... I usually just use fat free cottage cheese as dressing now as a substitute and if it is more like a taco salad I use greek yogurt instead of sour cream.. little changes can help in big ways :)

I moved up to level 2. I was bored with level one.. Sometimes I do both.. Makes it a little bit more exciting.. lol I am also on day 8

the only tips I can give you are eat right and stay motivated and get at least 30 min of cardio in a day and track what your eating.. And stick to the plan.. Not a easy way out of it really... Just got to keep pushing forward even if slip up.. Just don't dread on it... Keep going forward...

I finished day 7 and decided after experimenting yesterday doing level one and then level 2 that evening that I would do level 2 today for my day 7... A lot more intense in the arms... But holding in there :)

I got a hair in my butt and wanted to take a peak at level 2 after I had already done level one today on day 6... So I found myself doing it.. So I did one and two today.. I will prob be regretting it tomorrow.. lol

my weight went up and now was back down this morning after finishing my day 4... I hear it is from the muscles retaining water due to a new workout to help repair themselves...

Day 3 was the best for me... I was not as sore in my abs... Thank God because it hurt when I coughed or moved for the first 2... I am hopeful... I wasn't so sure after day 2 if I could bare another day.. But it got better so much better by the time I woke up to do it.. So I did it with ease... All uphill from now right?…

So if someone needs to still lose a lot of weight should they wait until they have reached there weight loss goal before starting a program like this? Because I need to lose weight still..
