Correct.. You can't live off it forever... It is a good jump start... But for a short period of time... Don't plan on this being your life... But a little kick in the butt... It sure can help... Thank you.. Woohoo I figured it out... YAY.. hahaha took me a while.. I have been eating pretty much like this for a while, but I started to work out and I am still loosing about 2-3 pounds a week, haven't stalled yet.. But I am sure one day that could happen, but I am still a good 50 pounds overweight.

This is how I actually lost my first 35 pounds :) It is a great... I had to up my protein due to my surgery so I now have to use a high protein shake to make sure I am getting enough in a day.. But I loved it... Worth a try :)

Shopping till I droooooooooop! Because I have not been able to do it because what is the point of buying new cloths when your continually loose weight... So the tarp and toga just have to cut it till then... lol... And thrift stores and garage sales if I see a good bargain..

level 2 is going good for me. It's a bit different. But It showed me what level 1 did for me.. I can touch my toes and crawl down in a push up position drop down and get back up and crawl back to my toes and stand up!!! who would of thunk!!!! I don't want to live off donuts lol.. but as a woman with PMS I would like to know it is ok to have a piece of chocolate and a bowl of ice cream every so often without it affecting my weight loss... hahahha... If I manage it in with my calorie intake and net for the day :)

so you are telling me if I eat good all day and am at 850 calories and I eat a 1/2 cup of blue bunny mint chocolate chip ice cream and 2 peanut butter cups and still am around 1100 calories and worked out and lost 600 calories I will still lose weight? lol
