  • I go to the gym 6 days a week. 3 cardo, 3 weight lifting days. I am the same way. I crave it now. but it is good for your body to have some sort of rest.   • I do not think so.. if you are eating the proper things your body needs then you will not go into starvation. You work hard to burn those calories so why eat them back?
