Hi everyone! I have been doing a full body workout 3x a week for about 3 months now. Is it better to keep doing full body or switch to target areas each day? I have read mixed things and not sure what to do. Thanks!
Hi Everyone! I am having trouble loosing the last 4 pounds! I have been stuck at the same weight for about 2 months now.... I have tried changing my diet and working out harder but nothing seems to get this belly fat/ love handles off. Any suggestions?! :smile:
