No more Mcdonalds, Wendys, Burger King, Taco Bell, A&W, Harveys, KFC, etc for 6 months for me I will eat Pitas, or Subs :) If I absolutely have to go inside one of the above restaurants, I am going to have salad and water

If I could follow through with not cheating here and there, I would be doing so much better probably. In 2.5 weeks of trying to do cycle 1 during the week, and not caring on the weekends... I have lost 13.4 lbs and 17.5 inches overall

I didn't think you could eat sugar during cycle 1? For me, I am having a hard time getting enough calories in so that I am not 'starving', because that causes you to plateau as well I have read. Tonight I am having salsa chicken breast, and salad

So once you go back on starches, you regain weight? What about steel cut oats, or whole grain wheat etc? As much as I would love to lose all this weight, living off veggies, fruit, protein and yogourt, without having say toast or something ever again, knowing it will lead to weight gain is kinda depressing. :(
