I get the general idea I weigh my foods and go by weight for portion sizes or by spoon/ cup sizes. Really low calories = starvation?
I am finding that I am having really low caloric intake on this diet... and then with exercise it is extremely low. Is this safe? For those of you that are on it, what is your average caloric intake a day? Mine seems to be 800 - 1000 Amber

I want to run
I used to run when I was a teen, in track etc. Then I stopped. I wanted to do the C25K plan, tried it yesterday, and I hurt so bad from my knees to the top of my feet. Even walking fast hurts. New... and lost :(
I have put on a lot of weight, in a relatively short time. I now weigh an embarrassing 225 lbs, and I hate the way I look and the way I feel.
