I am on W4D1 and I think I screwed something up
Did half hour of weights today with dumbbells at lunch
Squats, press, curls, sitting extensions, rows and sit ups
Then after work I went running
Calves killed - normal for me as they burn then a min left of my last 5min run and throughout my cooldown my right leg went tingly and numb.... any thoughts?

I've had that before, with me it was the Sciatic nerve being pinched. Because my muscles had tightened up so much it was pinching it as it went through my hip.
My advice is GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR.
If it's a pinched sciatic it's no big deal but it could be lots of other things and some of those things you don't want to play with.0 -
