In January we gave up trying. Wasn't worth it. In February on our Florida vacation... surprise.. we got pregnant!…

This is my first time committing to the group :) I just got a fitbit, so that should help me move a whole lot more, and give me some accountability to be able to visibly see how I am doing. To begin, I will commit to 100 miles, and see how I do with that. Hoping I meet that, as it is still really cold and snow covered in…

I found the answer Jillian had a question in a podcast about how often to do it and her answer was... 2 days of 30DS one day cardio 2 days of 30 DS and one cardio then a rest day. She said the name was more so what her marketing people came up with since each level is meant to be 10 days (just not 10 straight) thats…

I like level 1... I like that it isn't too complicated. I hate the constant arm movements. The beginning strength exercises kill me, and the side lunges with an anterior raise kill me too.

I started C25k for the second time this summer on July 23rd. I started on a track thinking this would be better for my legs and shin splints. Last week I had to take a week off as I twisted my knee and running wasn't going to happen. After a week off I went out there and gave it my all to finish the program. Normally I was…

Regular peanut butter is ok very occasionally, but if you look at the ingredients it has sugar in it and all sorts of other stuff. natural peanut butter has just peanuts. So as long as it it fits in your macros, then sure, once in a while isn't bad
