So today I had: Porridge Popcorn snack Tuna sandwich Chorizo sausage (whoops!) Apricot chicken and pasta Ice cream (double whoops! I regret nothing!) I ran two km's but it went terribly! Hopefully tomorrow morning will work out better! I'll try to do some weights tomorrow too!

Forget the scales and start using measuring tape! That's where things change the most I find!
