Congrats on your success so far, i think when you have been over weight for a long time you develop a level of body dis-morphia and even when you lose a significant amount of weight like you have you still see the fat old you. the scales, need for new clothes and positive comments all tell you you are doing a fantastic job…

I have to pre-plan (i have up to Sunday in my diary already), it helps me stick to my goals and i know what i need to buy over the next few days. In the past one of my mistakes was buying too much fresh food and then over eating rather than waste it.

I work 9.30 to 8 and I used to eat when I came home but I found having my main meal of the day just before i went to bed wasn't good for me. Now I stick to pretty much normal meals. Breakfast in the morning before bed. Lunch when I get up and a meal before I go to work with a snack at about 4.30

in my experience there are tons of men that go for women carrying a little extra weight. looks are only a small part of what will make you attractive to the opposite sex :)
