  • I am going through something similar but not nearly as serious. I have had to wait to exercise due to wisdom teeth being removed and I am itching to get back into the swing of things. I think it is funny how one can go from barely exercising and then craving the workout after it is routine.
  • Carrot sticks and hummus, if you portion it out about 8-10 snacks for about 4-6$ (cheaper if you peel and cut the carrots yourself). Or wheat thins and laughing cow cheese, about 8 snacks for roughly 5-7$. I really like some of the 100 calorie snacks too. $3.50 for about 6 snacks.

  • Is your heart set on curry? You could try a tandoori instead. It is usually marinated in a yogurt sauce and grilled with veggies. I am sure they would have seafood or a vegetable entree.
