I don't think that is a sustainable diet. You need to feel satisfied, and eating fruits and veggies all the time won't do that.

I listen to my body, if I'm not hungry, I don't force myself to eat. Sometimes I'm starving on days I work out and sometimes I'm not.

Diet soda makes me feel funny...so I don't drink it. But if you can drink it in moderation and still lose weight, that's fine I guess.

I drink organic whole milk. It helps me get the fat I need in my diet (I have my reasons) and it tastes amazing! I have one serving every morning.

I boil mine or bake mine and mash with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Sometimes I will add just a little bit of butter. So good, I could eat them every day!

I can definitely see the difference! Don't get discouraged, sometimes it takes awhile for the really noticeable results to show (people did not comment on my weight until I lost 20lbs). Keep up the hard work, you are doing great!

If I was interested in eating egg whites, I wouldn't buy from a carton. Who knows what kind of preservatives and stabilizers are in those substitutes. I would separate the eggs myself. If you suck at separating eggs like I do, you can buy an egg separator. It makes it a lot easier!

I'm from Florida and I've never heard of them being called Slimcados and I used to work in a produce department! Florida avocados are not as rich and creamy as California avocados.They are still pretty good and they are much bigger. I prefer the ones from California.

Try eating more fiber, protein, fruits and veggies. They will keep you full. Also, when I am hungry and it's not time for me to be I drink a glass of water and wait five minutes. If I'm still hungry after that, I have a small snack.
