In the heat of the moment (or hunger) I will buy something that I really should not eat. I will feel so guilty that I try to pawn it off or just throw it away. I know it is wasteful but better to toss it than eat it.

Your body will adjust to the lower calories and increased exercise. My point? Change! Switch up your diet and exercise to keep from hitting a stall. Also, you have to give some time for your body to respond to the changes you are making. You are off to a great start, don't get frustrated!

I don't think anyone was being rude to you, they are trying to explain their point of view. Of course, not everyone agrees on every aspect of what "healthy" is. And that is ok. Don't give up on posting to the forums - some really good information can come of it. Just take things with a grain of salt. Good luck

The tricky part is cutting ALL Gluten out. I mean, to go completely Gluten-Free, you have to read every label. Some foods are processed in factories that are not dedicated Gluten-Free and can carry Gluten by proxy.

OMG I have done it maybe 3 times and just stopped cold turkey. My knees made horrible popping and grinding noises the whole time. I was so bummed because I have heard great things about the program. I might try again and baby my knee (it is better than nothing, right?). Just yell back at Jillian.. it makes me feel better!…

I travel for work (and pleasure) often and do not find it hard. If I want to indulge, I do so. For me, I try to stay away from high carbs (potato, pasta, bread) and focus on the protein and veg. Seems to work well enough.

Mia, I have all those problems as well. I had spinal cord surgery in 2010 to boot. The best thing I did was buy a stationary bike (with a backrest). It is no-to-low impact and you can watch tv / listen to music (etc) while cycling. Seated light strength training is also very helpful. Yoga and other stretching programs will…
