I only eat some back if I happen to still be hungry, but I plan my days to be at or under my calorie goal. I have steadily lost since last May...with the exception of the Holidays lol

I am on it and it has never affected my losses. Besides the past month, I've steadily lost since I started. Hope this works for you! I had the Mirena too and was one of the unlucky ones that it didn't like my body either

I have a little more than that left to lose, you may send me a friend request if you would like! I lost my first 60lbs in 6 months, so yes it is doable. Just consistantly track your food, eat well and exercise. The last 2 months slowed down for me, but I am 100% completely back on track now. Best of luck!!

It isn't in the database, but you can make your own exercises. It's easier if you have a hrm and so you don't have to estimate your calories burned :)

My goal is to hit 100lbs gone by my 1 year "anniversary" on May 10th of this year. I plan my meals ahead, do cardio and strength training at least 5 days a week. When I can't get to the gym, I do a dvd at home. I drink A LOT of water lol. This is doable! I still have a long way to go. Like others have said, set small goals…

I got the Polar FT4 for Christmas and I LOVE it! It's very user friendly. I couldn't wait to exercise to use it, I'm the same way since I started using it. I had a cheaper hrm before that stopped working in about 4 months

I can tell a difference. I think we are all most critical of ourselves, I have lost 66lbs and I am just now noticing some difference. Everyone else notices, but not me. I'm hoping we can all get rid of this mentality, at least by the time we reach our goals :). Keep up the hard work!

Protein is good! I upped my goal to 35%, because MFP settings are too low...and I still go over sometimes. I'd rather go over on protein than carbs or fats :)

I work 7am-7pm and I always take all 3 meals and 2 snacks to work with me. So, I get into the gym a little after 7 until usually 8-8:15. I only eat back exercise calories if I am hungry. Usually after I get home from the gym I will have a spoonful of peanut butter or a handful of almonds or something.

I wear 2 when jogging too! Heck, my friends used to ask me to "hide" their airport bottles of alcohol in my bra when we would go into a club lol

With your schedule it sounds like the best time is early morning, but I am not a morning person myself. I have to be up by 5:15 and I work 7am-7pm. Love this! Thanks for sharing Personally, when I leave the gym I look horrible. If you walk out after a workout with every hair in place and looking like you did when you walked in... you aren't being productive.

I still have a long way to go, but I have to force myself to notice any changes. I hope this gets better, beacause it annoys me and I'm sure it annoys people when they comment on how good I look and I can't agree lol

I started out at 302 in May and lost 60 lbs the first 6 months. My loss has slowed since just before Thanksgiving, but I am gearing back up to hit (or even surpass) the 100 mark by May of this year. This is doable! Best of luck and congrats on your loss so far!!
