  • I LOVE Peanut butter as well and am really trying to implement PB2 into my diet. It is hard to make the switch but I think the major reduction of calories is appealing. Plus, regular PB is addicting... after one T. I want one more, then just one more. I don't feel that way w/ the PB2:)
  • If you have hypothyroidism your doctor should have you on medication. I am on the generic brand of Synthroid. They test my levels every 3-6 months and make sure it's in the "normal" range, if it's not then they adjust the dose. You should not leave it untreated if it doesn't fall in the normal range.
  • How much do you currently drink? My first recommendation is to tell yourself you can have a pop after you have 4 glasses of water. Then allow yourself one pop, then have another 4 glasses of water before you'll let yourself have another. Don't totally stop drinking it, that never works! But try to incorporate more water…
  • The C25k program is awesome! I've ran two 5k's since finishing the program, it's very easy to follow and builds up endurance slow and steady! Good luck!

  • I eat Chobani, and it doesn't have much fat...maybe I'm getting the light kind? I'm glad I made the switch because it doesn't have artificial sweetners and the dairy is hormone free!
