I prefer a morning workout any day. It keeps you energized throughout the day and when you're done with work you are done for the day.

Give yourself time and PLEASE stay away from the scale. It's not a good idea to weigh too often. Once a month keeps you sane.

C25K is the bomb!!!!! I got great result after only 7 weeks.

There is a program called C25K (from the Couch to a 5K) that trains you to run a 5K in 9 weeks. It's also an app you can download on your phone. It's a great program. Although I didn't complete it (only did 7 weeks), it's how I lost the bulk of my weight along with changing up my eating habits.

No way!! Especially if you are weight training and trying to lose. The scales will reflect your gain and you will definitely be disappointed. Try weighing in one day a week, 1st thing in the morning after you empty your bladder (lol), on the same day each week with the same clothes, in the same spot. Preferably the day…

5'2"...150 lbs...1200 cal/day...I eat back some of what I work off during exercise but not the full amount. I try not to eat under 1200 calories even when I don't workout.
