  • Good Morning! Weighing in this week at 141.5 so down .5lbs which I am perfectly happy with...a loss is a loss is a loss...I am so thankful for the people who put these challenges together. They can be difficult to keep up with sometimes, but the weekly check-ins make it much more manageable than the daily check-ins. I…
  • Checking in today at 142, no loss and no gain...which is great considering the holiday and the number of cookouts and beer I have consumed this week! I really enjoy this challenge as it keeps me accountable and I know I can stay committed to the challenges and updates, some challenges out there are a bit too much and I…
  • Checking in this week at 142lb, down 1 lb from last week. I did well with the challenges, although the 50 pushups were all done in one day as part of a boot camp work out I went to. I did ok on the sodium intake, but I know it is something I need to consistently stay on top of. I certainly got to spend some quality time…
  • Week 1 Goals: - Jog 4 miles (split into a few runs on at about 11 min/mi pace) - Walk/Slow Jog 3 miles (with my dog who is not a fan of going on jogs but in need of some exercise too!) Total of 7 miles for Week 1
  • Congrats on keeping a detailed journal and weight loss thus far! Everyone has made some great points, however I don't see that you tracking water consumption at all. I know it may seem tedious but I have found that it has really helped me, especially on days when sodium intake can be high.
  • Good morning everyone! I am weighing in this week at 143lbs...down 1lb from last week. I didn't do too well with the challenges this week as I travelled for wok 2 days this week and spent Saturday at an amusement park with my boyfriend and his nephew. It is a new week with new challenges and I will meet each of them! Best…
  • This is great! I will aim to get the 31 miles in for the month...I dont typically run much but I am trying to find motivation to get into it and this might just be it! I have run a few 5k races in the past year finishing around 30 minutes (11 min/mi), I would love to see that number drop for this years races! Thanks for…
  • Sorry I didn't include my weight in my post...doh! I am at 144lbs...down 1lb from last week!
  • Hello everyone! Hope you all had a good week....mine was so so...didn't do well with the adding the extra 15 minutes of cardio but I did pretty well with only havig 2 soda's this week.I bought some Sparkling Poland Spring waters to help me with that craving. My Story: My tagline in my profile is "Skinny Fat - to - Skinny…
  • Good Morning, sorry for the late post but I was travelling for work. Weighing in at 145lb this week...no loss...but I will take maintaining, seeing as how I had a weekend birthday bash for my best friend! I did pretty good at adding fruits and veggies, seeing as how I can finally get watermelon and fresh berries for a…

  • Good Morning everyone, scrolling through and seeing all of the success is such great motivation! This week I am weighing in at 146lbs - 1lb down! I did really well with drinking 2 more cups of water and not so well on staying below my calorie goals (4 days under). I tried out a few new moves from the Tone It Up…
  • I personally love the 30DS...however a lot of people I have talked to said they had mixed feelings because it became repetative. If you tend to get bored easily...it might not be for you. However, I do think that switching things up will keep your body on its toes and will hopefully lead to toning if not weightloss. I have…

  • Yea!!! So proud of you Meg!!! After many failed attempts, I think we can all agree that this time around setting realistic goals will hopefully be the key to keeping us to our plan. Here we gooooo......
  • This is exactly what I needed to read right now! Thank you for your motivation and I wish you the best of luck in hitting your goal weight by Jan 1st!
  • I am definitely re-booting. After a health assessment I had done last week, I realized i need to get my nutrition back in order. Just because I'm working out 4 days a week doesn't mean I can eat whatever I want! :grumble: Goals: Lose 4 lbs by my birthday (12/17 - 5 weeks away) Lose another 11 lbs by Valentine's Day - 2/14…
  • Bump so I will have these handy tips!
  • I'm 5'7 and currently at 145lbs. I wouldnt mind losing a few lbs but am happy with where I am at right now. Toning up some of my jiggly parts is what I am currently striving for! Feel free to add me!
  • I am weighing in this week at 146, gained back 2 lbs...I have a feeling that I am not being strict enough with my diet, but I am trying to change my eating habits over all for the long run and not just for a few months to loose some lbs. While I wouldn't mind loosing 10-15 lbs, I am somewhat comfortable at my current…

  • Have some junkfood in the house for your husband and kids, but have some "healthy junkfood" in the house for you. Try Special K cracker chips, they will certainly fill your craving for chips. If you have a sweet tooth, I have found Pillsbury makes these mini brownies at 150 calories per brownie. I also liek to keep fresh…
  • I started eating Activia to help become more regular. However it didn't really help but the taste grew on me, so I was eating it just as my daily yogurt for breakfast. I do find that the mornings I eat oatmeal instead I am fuller longer. I am thinking of trying those probiotic pills, I used to take a supplement to help…
  • Sugar Free Hot Chocolate is a good replacement. I also try to by the Hershey's Nuggets, and only have the serving size. I eat chocolate every day and couldn't imagine cutting it out completely. Keeping it in moderation is the key. A few pieces rather than the king size bars I used to eat :blushing:
  • agree, absolutely LOVE them! I have a serious weakness for salty foods and these definitely satisfy the cravings without all of the extra nastiness and calories in regualr chips!
  • Do any of you eat Activia? I have been eating it for weeks now & haven't felt the effects. I have however noticed, that the week I didnt have any Activia is when I started loosing weight and have felt less bloated. I have a few more of the vanilla ones I have to finish, because I hate to waste food, but once those are…
