Cutting back on sugar. Gain control over that evil sweet tooth!

Back in my early 30's I could get into some size 8's, but people would tell me I was too thin. So yes, I think a 10 is great for us taller ladies. Also because I always see lots of 10 tall pants that no one buys and I want to be able to snatch up!

This is me tonite. I've learned that if I push myself too hard and don't rest, I don't feel any better after working out and generally feel worse the next day. I feel guilty about not working out tonite, but know that I will be ready to go back full steam ahead tomorrow.

Yea, it seems the kids are there to hook up or be seen. I always thought the mall was the place for that?

I did that with Kettle chips last summer, saying how much I LOVE their baked chips. Got a free product coupon and several others for cents off.

I also do the 100 cal english muffin with scrambled egg whites and maybe a tiny bit of ham. I add whatever veggies are laying around. Right now, I've got lots of maters from the garden. Soooo good when sliced and placed on top of the warm eggs!

We do that as well, It's too expensive to buy the stuff already pre-sliced in the produce selection. A little planning pays off big! Keep it up!

Definitely will refer to this post and the articles down the road when that plateau invariably hits. Thanks!

Great article. Now I don't feel like a piggy eating a snack before and after a long workout!

You might look into Bountiful Baskets http://www.BountifulBaskets.org Depending on where you live, you can get produce very inexpensively. They will also have special offerings in addition to the regular produce baskets.

I bought the U/S Vanilla Almond Breeze this past weekend and have to say that I like it. I wasn't sure at first, but it works great in place of skim milk, with fewer calories and carbs. Definitely the light bread that has 35 calories a slice. I have two of those for breakfast along with a hardboiled egg. Very satisfying…

Geez, I feel so old (and tall!) Looking for my twin. 47, 5'10", starting weight 193, currently 188, shooting for 165.

Thanks, great info. Too much protein pre-workout has been my problem.
