Most people do 10 days on each level until you reach 30 day, do whatever makes you comfortable. I am sticking with the 10 days and see results already.

I have made it a part of my morning wake up routine, in just 6 days, I feel so much better in the mornings and it keeps me alert during the day.

This is day 8 for me as well, had several off plan meals this weekend, but I wasnt too worried about it, I am back on track now. The good news is I could not wait for the 1st cycle to be over before I weighed and I lost 4.6lbs. I feel really good and cant wait to get to the gym tonight.

Is sugar free yogurt from TCBY acceptable?

Any questions on probiotic foods because I dont eat yogurt or drink milk. I have tried regualar your and greek and can not eat it, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning all, D2C1 started off pretty good, I have made a small adjustment to the plan because I am eating oatmeal for breakfast, I have to have something a little more filling, but I feel great. I didnt get all of my calories in because I am still staying on my regular workout routine so I burned almost 300 calories.

I am so proud of myself I had strawberries, blackberries and grapes with a side of strawberry flavored cool whip, while everyone else ate tamales, nachos, brisket and goat, yes I said goat. I would not be eating goat on any given day!

Wow, I am really learning alot about being a vegan. I did the 10 day Daniel fast that pretty much makes you a vegan and I love the way I feel so I have continued it. I just have to continue to do my research on recipes and to be successful at it. Thanks Guys.

OMG, I went to McDonald's last night and my stomach did not agree. I didnt have to rush to the bathroom but my stomach did not like all of the grease!

I bought my workout pants at walmart on the clearance rack and they had sizes up to 5X.
