Here's a recipe that is easy and tastes so good ! Spring Fruit Salad 5 minute prep 2 servings 1 cup of sliced strawberries 1/2 cup diced mango 1/4tsp of lemon zest 1 tsp blasmic vinegar. In medium bowl, combine starwberries, mango and lemon zest. Just before serving, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.

I have to admit I have been thinking the same thing not so much on the food thing but the exercise part of it. I have to remind myself not to watch that calander and that this is for the rest of my life just not 6 weeks! I do so much better when I do group excerising than on my own. I have learned to put my recipes in under the recipe collum and it figures your calories per serving, then if you make it again its there for the next time.

I totally agree, making my diary public has really helped me think twice when I am eating and what I am eating. I tend to eat mindlessly and I find that when I am searching for that something I usually do a double think on how many calories this is going to add to my diary and decide I'll just have a glass of water…

I'm in. I agree the 60 glasses of water in 7 days is more than the 8 glass a day they recommend I will be in the bathroom most of the time how will I get all that exercising in?:wink:

This might sound off the wall, but I have put salad dressing on it zesty italian or salsa, I have also done just pepper, as well as processing it in a blender using it as a topping on a potatoe. I also buy the individual fruit cups no sugar and mix it up, pine apple and peaches are my favorite.:smile:
