have a nice long work out in the morning to rev up your metabolism. and eating thanksgiving dinner!!! Have fun and eat, but dont over eat (which i know is easier said than done)... Maybe plan on taking a walk around the block after dinner, I am sure other family members would love to join you. Hope this helps…

Well I do see now that it is possible... Now I am thinking splitting up the work out... maybe some Yoga/Pilates in the morning, and stopping by the gym on my way home for some cardio. Yes I may find every excuse in the book to NOT go to the gym after work but you all are right, If you really want it, you will do it. and…
