Hi everyone! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to work out after work? I work 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm), and I am exhausted by the time i get home. Usually I have to be back the next day for another 7am-7pm...with this I find working out impossible... HELP! thanks, Ali
