Hello All, I am a newbie!

A little about me and my goals:
I am a 25 year old Female. I am currently in Nursing School, and I have been for 2 years now. Since school has started I have gained at least 10 lbs!!!
I sit all day Studying and sitting in class....and my food choices have not been so good to say the least.... and I have gotten little to NO excersice.

In joining my Fitness pal I hope to work on my portion control, make healthier choices on what i eat, and get off my studying butt !!!!

When i graduate in August, I hope to move to the beach.. so i need to get my beach body back!!!
Current weight 155 lbs and my goal is to be 135
