  • Avacado/Tuna/Egg Salad 1 Avacado - Diced 2 Hardboiled Eggs - Chopped 1-2 handfuls of spinach chopped 1 6oz can of tuna or chicken Some chopped pickels or relish Mix all up, eat by itself or plop on a tortilla or toast. Suprising I can enjoy a tuna salad without mayo!
  • We've recently switched as well. A big part of our swtich has been shopping at the Farmer's Market and getting yummy fruits and veggies (and some meat). It is amazing how wonderful things taste that are so fresh and local. It is also amazing how that fast food starts to not taste as good as it used to. Good Luck!

  • I LOVE my Tazo Zen green tea! I only drink one or two cups a day. I may try to bump it up and see if I notice any difference. I don't sweeten at all and I use it to avoid snacking or drinking coffee/soda for taste.
