I did some research today on processed foods and what i found was horrible.I'm a big eater and found that the occasional pop-tart was fine but little did I know that it ages you, makes you fat, makes you infertile and slower weaker and every other bad word that stops you from losing wait.So from now on im all natural and im staying mostly out of the aisle's at the market.
If anyone has any advice, recipes, and/or just like what you here comment on the section below and feel free to friend me because were in this together.

If you are into non processed food have a look at some RAW food site's . i'm not suggesting you go completley raw... but they have lots of good suggestions on their site's and recipe's i'll post up some links if your interested.
I'm vegitarian/almost vegan .. and i follow a raw diet mostly but not completely. ( lol... sounds a lil all over the place doesnt it ... ha! but i have my plan and it works for me hehe)0 -
We've recently switched as well. A big part of our swtich has been shopping at the Farmer's Market and getting yummy fruits and veggies (and some meat). It is amazing how wonderful things taste that are so fresh and local. It is also amazing how that fast food starts to not taste as good as it used to. Good Luck!0

check out Tosca Reno's "Eat Clean" diet books... it's a lifestyle more than a diet, but it changed how I thought about food and how I felt almost immediately (although if you are big into processed foods, factor in a "detox" or "withdrawal" period... your body is trained to want all that sugar and will cry out for it the first few weeks...IMO) Cheers!0
