Eggs are good. I keep hardboiled ones in the fridge for when I'm in a hurry. You can even microwave them for 2 minutes in a microwave safe dish. Iusually make 2 eggs and then add lots of veggies to bulk it up. Yogurt or fruit is good too. Hope this helps!

I have one and want to get another one or two. The one I have is a dove and heart on the inside of my wrist.. I love it and have no regrets.. I also have a nose ring. I think my inlaws think I'm going through a midlife crisis. LOL!

I haven't used my Wii in awhile for exercise, but yes it does work. I have Zumba and Jillian Micheal's Ultimate Workout. Haven't tried the Zumba yet, but Jillian is a workout!

I workout in the mornings. We have a Y membership and babysitting is provided. I leave my kids there while I work out. Sometimes, I take my older two with me and they run on the track or play basketball. And since it is summertime, we swim alot.

I put in any vegetable that is in the fridge. Turkey sausage works good too.

It's my TOM now and my water weight is up. Now does anyone gain water weight right before their TOM or just during? I seem to lose and gain the same 2-5 for 2 weeks.
