Definitely noticeable! Rock on!

Hey - how did you manually change yours? Was it in MFP? I cant seem to find a way to do that.... NEVERMIND! Found it under "settings"...

Yes!

Didn't exactly "borrown," but I've rediscovered Nips, Caramel flavored-- they're caramelly and chewy and last a long time, but also just 30 calories each. Now I don't have to be afraid of raiding the office candy jar at 2pm...

That sounds DELICIOUS! Thanks!

Yeah - I believe it's actually a dip in hormones (so there's something behind that dip in energy/motivation).

Definitely - it's inevitable that my "bottomless pit" feeling comes up. I've tried to make sure I have something distractingly fun planned (movie, lunch out) so that I focus on that instead of wandering around the kitchen like a yeti. Also, have on hand stuff you can eat a heck of a lot of without doing too much damage…

Maybe pitch it that way and ask if you can be the cook this weekend, if they're close friends and you're comfortable with that. When in doubt, anything that passes…

I think this is where the "weight loss is just a number" theory comes in. Have you noticed clothes fitting better or increased endurance? Like your wife said, when you replace fat with muscle, you actually GAIN weight -- but you still get stronger and take up less space physically. When in doubt, you could try the P90X…

I've found it really, really helps to 1) be well rested so you don't fight with the desperate desire to go back to sleep, and 2) be about to do something you really look forward to, like a new exercise tape, yoga mat, or post-workout drink. It might just be the consumerism working on me, but buying a new yoga mat at a…
