  • Moving back to my hometown of Bend here very soon!
  • You can definitely see a difference. Way to go!
  • You're doing an amazing job! Keep it up!
  • I do it exclusively from home. I have up to 35 pound dumbbells and have maxed out at stage 4 so that's something to think about. I have to go and buy heavier weights if I want to continue. You should be fine for the first few stages though. It really is a good program.
  • Well I'm doing a tough mudder in June so my NSV will be to not die while participating.
  • A group of my friends and I are doing one this summer. Everything I've read basically said make sure you train. And not just in the gym. Find some hills to run up and down and do intervals one. Go to the playground and do the monkey bars. Just make sure you get a lot of outdoor training! Honestly I've just started training…
  • It took me 2 months to lose the first 10 pounds. I'm 5'1 and started at 163. There was definitely a noticeable difference. I have a picture but I don't know if it's gojng to post right!
  • - Complete NROLFW from the start (only got half way through stage 3 before sickness overtook my family for months!) - Drink more water - Go down 1 pants size
  • Since I'm on the shorter side (5'1) I have lost 2 sizes with 23 pounds going from US 10 to US 6.
  • Wow you're like my twin! I started at 163 and am now stuck at 142-140 and can't seem to get the scale to show 139! I just changed my goal to lose 0.5 pounds a week and am tightening my logging. This helped me finally get past 142, now at just over 140. What is your weekly goal?
  • I actually love the shape of my body. I have very womanly curves and they will look awesome once I build some muscle to go along with them! I like my eyebrows, they're naturally shaped well and I get many compliments on my eyes. There's actually quite a few things that I love about my body. I definitely couldn't have said…
  • I meant to add that I carry a majority of my weight on my lower half. I have a pretty small waist but huge thighs and butt!
  • Height: 5'1 SW: 163 CW: 141 I'm currently trying my hardest to get to 130. It has taken me 7 months to lose 22 pounds but I've been lifting weights and feel stronger . I'll probably reassess my goal weight once I get closer but honestly anything under 125 seems completely unattainable for me and I'm not sure why. I…
  • Yesterday instead of putting the kids in the car and driving them from house to house, we took the jogging stroller and I sprinted in between each location. Nice little interval training, and we were out for over and hour! So it's a NSV because I had enough energy to last that long . So far today I have said no…
  • I will stay on track today (especially today!!) because I'm finally feeling like my goal weight is within reach and I'm rocking my skinny jeans! So I will have the strength to say no to my kids halloween candy and instead say yes to looking and feeling amazing!
  • The fastest I've done is just under 12 minutes but I didn't stop at that mile either so I was pacing myself. I also am alway pushing a double jogging stroller with 50+ pounds of kids :). Maybe I should go on an early morning mile run without the kids and see what I can do!
  • I went on a hike with my family. What was suppose to be 10 miles ended up being 19. We did it in 8 hours and had a 2000 foot elevation climb. I was also carrying my 23 pound child on my back. According to my HR monitor I burned 3600 calories. We barely stopped at all and when we did I pushed pause. I didn't lose any weight…

  • Thank you so much! What a great list of links and websites, I knew you'd all come through for me! I plan on going through them all tonight and making a plan that I can start tomorrow. I don't think I've been this excited to feel pain!
  • Name: Amanda Starting Weight/Date: 163 (March 2014) LW/Date: 157 May 6, 2014 CW/Date: 155 May 9, 2014 Goal Weight/Date: 137 by September I had eaten quite a bit beef jerky so I'm assuming there was a lot of water retention because of the sodium. None the less I'm very happy! This is the lowest I've been since before I…
  • I'm 5'1 and currently 157. Looks like I'm one of the heaviest. I'm just trying to get down to 130...
  • Name: Amanda Starting Weight/Date: 163 (March 2014) Current Weight/Date: 157 May 6, 2014 Goal Weight/Date: 130 eventually! I'll try to drop the 20 by September but ultimately I want to lose 27 pounds!

  • 5'1 here I hold most of my weight in my hips, butt and thighs. But I've recently started gaining in my stomach probably because my bottom is so big!
  • No one envies me but I just started so it's not noticeable. I'm a tad jealous of a friend because she was a lot bigger and now weighs less than me. But she worked her *kitten* off and I know how much dedication it took for her to get where she is now. It pushes me to see the results I want to see because now I know it can…
  • I'm 5'1 and aiming for 130 which would still make me considered overweight on the BMI chart. I'm currently 155 so it'll be a definite improvement. I think 105 would be way too low for your height. Aim more for being tone instead of general weight loss. You might find you like being a higher weight but looking super tone!
  • This is exactly what I needed! I have a goal of reaching 148 by June 21st (first day of summer) so if I make this goal then I can definitely make that one too. SW: (Starting weight) 161 CW: (Current weight) 155.8 GW: (Goal weight for the month) 151 Weigh in Dates: Start of Month (5/01 Thur): 155.8 5/03 Sat: 5/10 Sat: 5/17…
