For me it is a yes and no. I love lifting, I love biking, I love swimming. I am trying so hard to get into running but it hurts my knee (I have screws in one knee and one hip from a car accident) I like walking with people, or with my dog exploring new areas. I may be on the younger side of this but I turn 24 this year, married no human babies but do have a Dog who just got done having back surgery. I love him! I am always up for new friends! I log everyday and have a lot to lose but am working hard!

I have adjusted my calorie goal. It was slower but it seems to be stalling completely now. :( I didn't lose anything this last weigh in. I don't have a big routine. It is hard to establish one. I say the first one. However I am more partial to those colors. :) Also, I think it looks like it would be a bit more comfortable to be in an all day affair, also may can be warm and it is a little shorter.

Mine was a hodge podge. Sabra Hummus -Garden veggie tuscan Archer Farms-crackers with lots of stuffz (flaxseed etc.) A greek Yogurt then I half count it as lunch/snacks since I didn't get a lunch break at work today Peanutbutter and saltines and Pretzel sticks Also a pickle, I haven't added that to my tracker yet though.

I'm not too worried. :) I am making Easter dinner, which will be Ham based and I don't mind. We don't have any little kids around yet so there has been no chocolate. And I'm not the hugest fan so I doubt we will buy any. Also if I have a bad day, the day afer is always a new start :)

I suppose in our house it was. Hummus, tortiall wraps, artichoke hearts, cheese, lunch meat, bread (don't care the variety), milk, eggs, ground beef, chicken, tuna, pasta, rice, potatoes, carotts, spinach, romaine, green beans, and other fresh veggies as we can afford them.

I had a rod placed in my leg when I was 18 and my balance has never been the same. I do steep incline on the treadmill because I havent been able to run well with out loosing my balance, so I hold on while doing it. :( It takes a lot for me to attempt the treadmil instead of staying on the bike, now I feel like its not…

I only weigh at the gym since I have a dangerous trend if I keep a scale in my house. Normally I am in either a swimsuit, or sweats and a tank, no shoes.

I'm on a weird schedule since I get off work at 11pm, but my lunch/dinner was a greek yogurt, fruit and nut granola bar, small serving of chips, and a sandwhich I think it came to around 400-500 calories, which is fine since I generally fit in only about two real meals a day with my schedule, lots of little snacks.

I know I'm definately not eating cheesecake! I wish!
