I had two slices of applewood bacon (uncured from trader joes). Two eggs, blended with spinach and scrambled. 40 oz of water, and then 20 oz of coffee with 3 tbs of creamer while at work. over the course of 7 years on and off I've lost 77lbs. I've kept it off. I haven't had any loss for about 3 months (just maybe 1-3lb fluctuations) I am just trying to make a compromise between sites 1600 seems lowish to me but it could just be because I was so obese for so long that I was told I needed to eat higher etc.…

Yeah, it isn't that I feel like I need to track the calories as much as I just want to be accurate. I also, sometimes walk much more (see tuesday of this week when I and a few friends went to Mall of America, which whew, thats some walking!)

Okay the one I have currently is meant to run in the background to track all steps etc. I want something similar so that I know how far/close I am to the 10k step goal, I may need to just splurge and get a fit bit

Breakfast: Café Bustello with Soy Creamer, two turkey sausages in an Ole' Extreme Wellness wrap, one slice American cheese. Lunch: Leftover weird veggie/almost vegan pasta. Has loads of veggies, fake meat crumbles, soy cream, and parmesan. Dinner: I have no idea Snacks: Apple.

I don't always want "Breakfast food" so a lot during the weak I do just some meat and cheese, sometimes in a wrap, sometimes by its self. But I generally eat a lighter breakfast (read under 300cals) so if You want a heavier one this may not work for you. Otherwise I do agree boiled eggs are easy and keep well.

I am more north, but even here people are buying it all up. I was able to get a case or two, but most people had loaded 15+ into their carts.

Thank you!!! Also here is lunch comes in right around 500 cals I believe, maybe less, I'd have to recheck. Chicken, farfalle pasta bake and roasted greenbeans and carrots.

@crazyravr Can I get the recipe for the cheesecake?? Breakfast was toast with smushed up avocado, steak, and strawberries. :D Came in at 296 calories. I made up a bunch of 3oz servings of steaks for the bf and I's breakfasts. It is very enjoyable :D
