I have a cappuchino with skim milk almost every day and have lost 30 kilos. I only have one though and always count the calories for it

I have an app called carbs and cals and it shows you pictures of the food on a plate with all different portion sizes and you can pick which one you portion relates to and then it works out the calories. I use this when I can't measure something.

As you lose weight shouldnt your calorie allowance change if so shouldnt that help prevent a plateau
