  • I am currently doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I completed C25k in April and I am starting the Bridge to 10K. jipsybird I also have a Fitbit and find it very motivational. It is fun to try up your best each week. Good luck on your 20000 step goal.

  • Hi everyone, I am Pam from Wisconsin. I am 50, 5'4 and at 203, down from 250. I am really trying to eat healthy and workout to get fit and prevent myself from getting some of the health issues my parents have. I am hoping this will be an active group and motivational.

  • Day two I was in a lounge chair and when I went to sit up I almost couldn't because my abs were so sore. It actually took me a couple of tries.   • I haven't purchased a HR monitor yet. I am interested to hear what the results are with the workout. I know when I've taken my pulse during Body Revolution it had been at the level recommend by my Exercise Physiologist.

  • I am pretty consistent with getting in 10000 Mon-Fri. So I am going to set my goals at 12000 Mon-Fri and 10000 Sat and Sun. I would really like to get in 180 miles in July the most I have done is 163 so this will be a good motivator. July 1 14508, July 2 17963
  • Doing body revolution phase 1, week 3. The new discs have me a bit sore. Today is cardio day; I ran two miles this morning, tonight I will do cardio disc1. I am loving this workout.

  • I am going to get a pair of exercise shorts for last weeks accomplishments. I find that I am really sweating in my capris and it is uncorotable doing some of the moves at the end when the legs are soaked. I never used to sweat so much it is pretty disgusting. Next week a tank top.
  • Did body revolution cardio disc 1. The running man Iis killer. Jillian seems to think suicides are tougher. I love those. Running man not so much.
