  • Start slowly I remember i had a hard time even drinking 16oz yes I'm ashamed but now its like i feel dehydrated if I don't consume enough... try vitamin water or the packets that you put into it to give it flavor

  • stay hydrated the first time my husband and I did it he threw up I'm pretty sure he was dehydrated :) Do the best you can don't quit the video just take a break and get back into it before you know it u will be finishing the first month hang in there! and don't forget to DIG DEEPER :)
  • HI I seen your post and wanted to offer some of the options I found cottage cheese 1/2 cup 15g plain Greek yogurt 1 cup 23g prepare chicken 6 oz can give you 33g tuna packets for on the go has 18g protein shots can run up to 50g protein bars homemade would best cuz you don't get high carbs hope this helps :)
