That's a shame...they are really good. You can always try to make your own lowfat whole wheat waffles from a mix and just freeze them.

I love egg beaters (southwestern) style and cook them up with a whole wheat bagel thin or fiber one english muffin. Eggbeaters - 1/2 c 60 cal bagel thin - 110 cal SF jam - 10 cal Total...180 calories

Sounds like we're all in the same boat. Please feel free to add me...anybody! I am also turning 40 in 4 months and wanted to hit my goal weight which is a 20 lb loss by then. For most people it seems easy...but it never does for me. I can definitely use all the support I can get!

I am on like day 13 with her. I had to take a few days off due to an injur y. But I am on level 3 and have lost over 5 inches. I now have to do it every other day since I'm running long distances too. Oh well...dont' care if her 30 days takes me 60...it works!

Actually if you cut them into 12 and use the splenda blend (only 1/4 cup) the calories are only 61 for each one! I screwed up once using the blend thinking it's the same as regular sugar and it's not. They always say to use half the amount needed. I'm going to try these this weekend.
