Why does everyone have issues with cell phones? Ok, I can understand if I was talking on it but my phone is my iPod and it also has all my workout aps on it plus my C210K. So when I finish I circuit and I plug my reps in with my weight info why should that matter to anyone?!?

There's a few things I love that are relatively easy. I have a microwave egg poacher and I poach two eggs and heat up 4 slices of canadian bacon with it. Maybe even add some sliced tomato. Definitely Well said and so true. Every body processes things differently. I cut out the frozen meals from all the sodium and started eating eggs in the morning for more protein and I started dropping weight again.

I'd love to join! I started it last Friday 5/27 but I don't do it every day... I only do the shred M, W, and Friday. I run and do ZUMBA on my off days. Can I still participate with you guys if I don't do it everyday???

You can do this!!! It will be a lot of fun. My first one finished in 43 minutes (I wiped myself out by taking off too quickly), 2nd one was 38:30 and 3rd one was 38:05 (when I added more walking intervals)!
