My favorites from being at work is a 100 calorie pack of almonds or a Special K protein meal bar (170 calories, 10g. of protein) Keeps me moving between meals at the office.

Well, my favorite team, the Bears, didn't make it and my "closet favorite", Denver choked last weekend so if I had to pick a new favorite, I'll go with the 49ers.

Depends on the ink and where it is. I've seen some great looking tattoos and some that make you wonder... Bonus points to people who have creative tattoos with meaning instead of the same designs that everyone thinks are cool and are done to death.

I'd also look into some foods that have a good amount of protein if you are going for a toned look. I eat 100 calorie packs of almonds during the day to help carry me between meals.

At least 30-45 minutes a day. Running and Ellipitcal during the week and 45-60 minutes of fast walking on the weekend. I try to do it 5 or 6 times a week.

I bought mine around Labor day last year and I'll probably replace them in March when I start running outside regularly. I'm pretty hard on the cushioning on my shoes so my shins will tell me when it's time.

Agreed, I had pizza out in LA once and regretted it instantly. I like thin and deep dish pizza but Chicago style deep dish wins. And yes, I can eat deep dish without a fork and knife.

Plain gray or old t-shirt, long running shorts, HRM, knee braces, socks and running shoes. Not very stylish but I'll have the style for outside the gym.

I seriously got into running about 6 months ago and I ran my first 5K back in November. I using it to pound myself back into shape.

Mostly PC games here. Right now I'm playing World of Tanks and Civilization 5 and getting into Mechwarrior Online. Not too mnay snacking issues but I play well away from the kitchen.
