  • I did a lot of picking too. I am trying to put a stop to it by making sure everything is put away after every meal and not eating anywhere but at the table. It helps to have less temptation, that way I pick a whole lot less. Hope this helps:).
  • I quit smoking right before I started using MFP. I used an electronic cigarette, which helped a whole bunch, I still use it but it hasn't caused any more weight gain and I feel 100% better than I did when I smoked.

  • I am having a problem with quantities as well.. I haven't been eating junk food and I am eating a lot of different things but I can't get the calories up to were they are suppose to be. I rarely have a day were my caloric intake is over 1000.
