Hi Everyone! I'm new to the Paleo/Primal way of eating. I have gluten/wheat allergies,so I thought i would give it go! I'm trying to go with the Primal way of eating. I am hoping to shed the last bit of weight I'd like to lose, and to feel strong and healthy! Feel free to add me!

I also wanted to add, that I also walk my dog 1-2x a day(depending on my work schedule). I'm usually out with her anywhere from 30-60 minutes at a time. I also have a physical job, where I'm on my feet quite a bit. Thanks for your insight!

I usually have a cheat meal or chocolate on Friday nights...it keeps me sane.lol!!!

Totally worth it! You could also do little things like, taking the stairs instead of the elevator or park further away from your place of work. I usually park at the far end of the parking lot at the hospital I work at. Remember, just keep moving..when possible! Edit: Circuit training is good or you could just…

When I upped my calories,I gained weight...but it was water weight. After a couple weeks...it went away. Lifting heavy weights,is a good start. But,you may feel hungrier when you start lifting.

I also have breast implants,my only regret is not getting them years ago. I got them for myself first, then my hubby. I could never go back to what I had before..they looked horrible and i was embarrassed of them. I feel so much better about myself!

I just looked at your diary and you're not eating enough, you need to NET a minimum of 1200 calories. Eat back those exercise calories hun! Make an appointment with your doctor just to be safe and get checked out.
