Just out of curiosity,do you eat more calories on lifting days vs. cardio days? If so how much? I've been reading the Spike Diet book and he suggests that people should eat MORE on lifting days,.(I kinda just skimmed through the kindle version of this book last night). Does anyone do this? Using another site to find your TDEE?
I was just wondering if anyone used another site to figure out your TDEE and used that to go by instead of what MFP has you set for Maintenance? Not sure what I should do,need advice from you weight lifter
I've been doing ChaLEAN Extreme and lifting weights ranging from 8-10lbs for shoulders,10-15lbs for biceps&triceps,15-20lbs for back and 20lbs for squats and lunges. New to myfitness pal,I have a few questions.
Do you think 1380 calories a day is enough? I work out 5 days a week. I do cardio 3-4 days and weights 2-3. I work 3-4 days/weeks on a surgical floor as a physio assist. I have to lift patients and exercise machines for knees. I'm usually on my feet for an 8 hour day. Any advice is appreciated.:smile:
