Do you know how much this device costs?

Huh? All the OP was stating was that you can eat more and still lose weight. She is just posting what works for her and trying to encourage women to eat!. Too many women, eat too little to fuel their body. What's wrong with eating more food?:grumble:

I'd love to join too! Please invite me!:flowerforyou:

I think I'm going to switch to 5/3/1 after I finish Strong Curves.... I looked on Amazon for the book, which one do I get first?? I never thought I'd say this,(from a former cardio junkie)....I actually enjoy lifting more than ever! :)

I've just started making Overnight Oats.... Google it,there are tons of recipes. I made some with unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon, greek yogurt, almond milk and chia seeds for this morning!

You look great! Be proud of how far you've come!:)
-
You look amazing Beeps!:) How much cardio do you do now, with all your lifting?
-
As someone else has mentioned, the Body bugg, Body Media Fit or Fit Bit would be your best bet. I really don't find $6.00/month overly expensive...
-
It's worth the $6.00/month!!!!

This is something you need to ask your surgeon. As every surgeon has their own post op instructions. It is important that you follow your surgeons instructions,as you want to heal properly and not mess up anything. I think the average time off is about 6 weeks post surgery.

I second,making sure you get enough calories. I'm 45 and eat anywhere from 1800-2000 calories/day. I lift weights 3 days a week
-
I agree with the others, you may have to increase your fat intake... My macros are set at 55/25/20-F/P/C,sometimes I get closer to 60% fat. Try it and see how you feel....
-
It took me about 10 days or so for my body to adjust,to eating low car/high fat. How long have you been eating LCHF?

Manitoba here too!
