I was wondering if you please look at my diary/profile and tell me what you think?
I workout 5/days a week: 4-5 days Cardio( About 30 minutes per session) and 2-3 days a week I do Weights. On the days I do weights,I do cardio afterwards.
I work on a surgical floor as a Rehabilitation Assistant,so I am on my feet most of the day. I sometimes have to lift patients and equipment also. I work an 8 hour day.
Do you think my activity level and calorie level are ok?
I would appreciate any input!:)
P.S. I just changed my weight loss per week from 1lb to .5lb,do you think that was right to do?

Just a few questions
Are you logging your water? You really need to drink the full amounts.
How are your measurements doing, are they showing any c hange?0 -
The calorie level seems to be ok.
I think your macronutrients need to consist of a little more fruit and a lot more vegetables. I also think the breakfast could be more robust. Thats just my opinion.0 -

I sometimes forget to log my water,I'll try to remember to do that.
I haven't been measuring,although I notice a difference in my butt. But not my thighs...:sad:0 -
If you want to lose weight , keep your sugar and fat intake in your daily allowance. And drink water , at least 10 cups per day .That will do ti.0

Thanks for your input,I'll try to up my fruit and vegetables.
Breakfast-Any ideas? I have celiac disease so I usually eat my gluten free cereal(just got this in Canada). Before that it,was plain greek yogurt. Not much variety,I know.0 -

As another friend keeps harping on me.. veggies..veggies.. veggies..(I hate them and I am forcing myself to eat more of them) more of your carbs need to come from veggies, and you need to be drinking at least 10-12 cups of water minimum per day, try that and see if you start getting more results, we have had success with that on various levels. But whatever you do stick to it0

Thank you,I was thinking that maybe I was eating too many bad carbs.
You are all great,I appreciate this so much!0 -
I would add more veggies to your meals and try getting around the same amount of calories at each meal...for instance for breakfast you had around 250 calories and lunch was just under 200 calories, then dinner was over 700 calories. Try having that apple and peanutbutter for breakfast. That way your body has the whole day to brun off the sugars from the apple and the healthy fat and protein from the peanutbutter. Add veggies for lunch and that should even out your calories for each meal. And definately drink the water :0)0

Meat, vegetables and fruit that is low on the glycemic index. I recommend locally bought eggs unless you have an issue with them also.0
