the redness of any fresh scar can i many cases (at least my case) be reduced by sunlight, it worked for me, did not get rid of them but they sort of got bleached and hence less visible...

I am also i treatment for my lungs, they have gottn worse, and the hospital told me it could be from UC, but they dont know yet, I had no idea UC could cause lung truble... i rearly drink anymore although I`m only 20 :P I drink at dinnerparties and that is once every couple of month or so, and then I only have 1 glass of wine.... If I am out with friends, I rearly go out clubbing and only have one bear, but that happens like once a month tops, its not worth the calories really...

well I think if you go by personal experience, than so should the rest of us :) my experience is a lot same as yours, my musclemass do not decrease if I eat less than I need, the fat dissapears though, and maybe my metabolism slowes down a bit, but not that much because I still mixe it up with higher and lower days, though…

Haha, my father in law is in that phase, but also in the "I don`t know what healthy is"- phase where he said that he knows you should have about 7000 cals a day... and "meat and fruit is good for you so I can eat that all day" - phase :P
